Sierra Express Bicycle Club (SEBC) promotes and supports safe recreational bicycle riding in Western Nevada County, CA.
SEBC fosters bicycling activities for all ability levels in a friendly atmosphere. We build community relationships to promote bike riding among cyclists and motorists alike.
Our club is comprised of volunteers, from the steering committee to all the folks that lead rides.
We welcome active participation in any club activity. If there is an aspect of bicycling you are interested in, chances are good that you will find others in the club who share your passion.
Our members enjoy many forms of cycling: weekend recreational rides; long-distance touring; commuting; randonneuring; ultramarathons; racing; and off-road riding.
Western Nevada County has challenging terrain for beginning cyclists. Several of our members lead “Sierra Lite” rides, which help develop bicycling skills, fitness and confidence.
